Doris, Sonja and Jeroen already said all what we can say…
Anyway I would like to thank everybody again for making this place a marvellous island, without all the people from the staff (kitchen, housekeeping, ‘garden-keeper’, crew, diving guides…) Pef couldn’t be that lovely place…
Diving great, terrific spotting by Danil. I finally managed to get some good shots. The resort first class. Great bungalow, traditional style, relaxing on the balcony, sleeping on the continuous Zen sound of the waves.
The big surprise to me was the beauty of the island of Pef. Palm trees, rocks, lagoons, mangroves, beaches, all there.
Finally the food. Great to eat Indonesian food every day!
Really finally thanks for the great enthusiasm during and after the dives. Live music at every dinner, boat ride and coffee break.

Without the silent angels in the background, it would not feel like home. Thanks to the housekeeping girls, who nicely decorate, arrange and clean the bungalows every day.
Tanpa malaikat diam di latar belakang, itu tidak akan merasa seperti di rumah. Berkat rumah tangga yang baik menghias, mengatur dan membersikan Bungalow setiap hari.
Terima kasih Rina, Santri dan Paulina
And the men who always find a solution if there is a problem on the construction side and the ones who create all the art found everywhere.
Dan tentu saja untuk laki-laki di sisi konstruksi dan teknik. Orang-orang yang selalu menemukan solusi untuk masalah pada orang-orang yang menciptakun dekorasi kayu baik di mana-mana.
The boat crew and the dive guides, which not only made our diving to special unforgettable hours, but they served us cappuccino and snacks after diving, played music and made us laugh and dance on the beach.

I really try to make it not too long, even if I could write a storybook about the last 2 weeks. First of all I am very sorry, that I am not able to say and tell you that it was nice here and that I had a good time…
Because this would not express and hit the facts! So I have to say it was amazing, gorgeous, stunning, marvellous, fantastic, wonderful and in just one word: outstanding!!!!
I had such a great and exciting holiday and I don’t know what I like better, the underwater or the surface on the land of Pef and it’s surrounding. So I will not make a difference and just remark, that where ever you go here, one will feel like in Paradise. Always discovering something new and no chance to get bored here! J
So for this I would like to speak out a huge thank you to everybody who is functioning and doing magic somehow on that little, but beautiful and peaceful place. ‘Terima kasih banyak’ to all who made the stay here so enjoyable for us. Big respect to Maya who build this piece of heaven on earth and who created together with her lovely and friendly staff, a truly place you don’t want to leave anymore and for sure you want to be back again!
Food, accommodation, diving, all the details which merge and melt with the landscape and what ever is coming up, it will turn out in a very special event. With the care and the conservation for the environment, the concern of all the creatures in the combination with living together in harmony and respect to each other is the way to give back to the nature what the nature is giving us every day… big compliment!
I also definitely can say, that the watches here in Pef run in a different pace than elsewhere and time passes by much too fast!!!
So sad to go, but the memories and all the pictures will come with me and stay with me. The joy of knowing that I will be back one day makes me happy! J
So once again, thanks so much for everything and as it is a Pulau Pef and Mayas philosophy with the saying:
Arrive as a Guest, feel like a King, leave as a Friend…
I could not agree more on that! Keep it up…
Sincerely with a huge hug to every single one of you

Marina & Ken - Australia
To Maja and all staff –
This has been a truly unforgettable week for me!
I am not a diver. In fact, I can count the times when my head was underwater in the local swimming pool, or in the sea + in the rivers back in my home country the Philippines. Yet my two introductory dives here have opened a magical world – to see for real creatures + plants I only saw on photos and on TV! That was indeed so special. The dive staff were so considerate and understanding of my total inexperience. When I go back to Australia I hope to do a dive course + come back to Raja4Divers for a proper dive – without Mark holding on to the back of my BCD. (‘That’s the only way to keep you in control!’ he told me.)
The food reminded me of dishes I used to eat in my youth – before I put on weight gorging on cheese + cream. Thank you to the staff for letting me eat Kangkung and sweet potatoes with coconut cream + grilled tuna.
I’ve stayed in a few resorts, but Raja4divers is unique in its attention to detail, respect for the environment, highest regard for it’s staff working conditions, and the warmth and friendship. I don’t feel I am “Ma’am” or guest number 356 but “Marina”, and smiles freely given. I jokingly asked for boiled bananas. The next day six boiled bananas were delivered to my bungalow. I didn’t get that at the Shangrila.
I live on a 3.5km island called Thursday Island in the Torres Strait, Queensland Australia. Nice, blue waters. But it is also inhabited by sharks + estuarine crocodiles. Here it is wonderful to dangle my feet in the water + watch the sunset on the steps of my bungalow.
To Ken, my companion, thank you for the diving instruction – Maraming Salamat (Thank you very much.) Till next time.
