Maya is originally from Switzerland and she has many years of experience in the hotel /catering /dive resort and tourism industry. She moved to Raja Ampat, Indonesia in 2006 to manage another diving resort. After working there for 3 years, she was ready to go home. Just before leaving, she found Pulau Pef and fell in love with the uniqueness and the beauty of the island. She knew immediately that this was the right place to build a resort and with the help of her friends and families, the Raja4Divers project began in 2009.
Maya envisioned the incredible potential and a great future in the realm of the Four Kings, which finally helped her realise Raja4Divers on Pef Island. With her 'know-how', experience, reputation and especially with the help of her strong and motivated team, she is convinced of R4D's success and that it will make her proud!
Raja4Divers is not only her project but her passion and her life.
Maya speaks German, English, some French and fluent Indonesian.

divers. Critters such as mimic and blue ring octopi can be found, as well as a

more! Every dive, every excursion - whether day or night - is full of
